The Brooks Millbrook Holdall was originally produced in the 1950's, for touring cyclists who wished to carry their maps, cameras, etc with them.  The model was later reproduced around 2013 in the faux-leather vinyl of the original, and then went out of production.  They are back in production again, though with a canvas-like synthetic material.    

This one is the out of production 2013 model, made of leather trim and vinyl
